My mom was sent here for rehab from the hospital. The care is good and so is the food. However, the place is downright depressing: they need to solve the urine smell problem (sometimes pretty strong), the place appears overcrowded to me, with people in wheelchairs crowding the hallways, and the place is ugly. The yard is about the size of a couple of ping-pong tables and it's got the air conidtioner units right next to it. My mom is not too happy there. But as I said before the care does seem to be OK, and the people who work there are mostly very nice.

It was difficult to find parking at their office. Their establishment smells horrible. all patients ion the hallways. They lie alot when asked direct questions. They do not care about the patients they just want their money. No one should send their loved ones to that facility. I have referred clients of mine to them and have heard nothing but complaints. Never again!! Poor customer service and horrible bedside manner.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

No, I had to pay for parking!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
