My grandmother stayed in Hilcrest & was not cared for well. The then administrator had a bad habit of getting her name on patients accounts, taking control of their bank accounts & other possessions, usually selling their cars & pocketing the money, getting them to sign real estate over to her & selling it off & pocketing some of the money. The staff was a bit rough. There had been times a nurse would drop a patient & a bone would be broken but then they would lie to the administrator on how the patient broke their hip of leg. the orderly staff was neglective & rude to patients. I had no respect for them & would not put my parent in that facility. Now mind you, these things were happening very frequent during late 90's through 2013 was last experience I had with them. I hope they have changed staff & administrators since then.
