They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
