Clean, Bright, Happy.. My mother has been a resident at golden years since the first of the year and I don't believe she could be happier. It's hard to have to place a parent in a nursing home but the path the Lord leads us down is not always the one we would choose. Several of my wife's family has been at golden years everyone has always spoke good things about the care and kindness shown to all of the residents. Now that I have been visiting weekly, I have found everything I had heard is true. Mother smiles all the time, Everyone from the housekeeping staff, nurses, physical therapy, aids, cooks and maintenance, office staff, activity director all smile and speak to each resident every time they pass or interact with them. They all have kind words of encouragement and always have time to listen to any issue a resident has, they make each resident feel like they are the most important part of their day, I can't say THANK YOU loud enough or enough times for the way you have made my mother life as close to normal as possible.
