This is the worst place on earth. I regret sending my family member here. This place is understaffed. With the staff that they do have they are all underqualified and have no concern for the patients well being. I curse this place everyday.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to our situation and understand where my father was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about him or what he has been through. This nursing home is absolutely horrible. The only person who showed an ounce of care/concern was the OUT-GOING administrator & the physical therapist assigned to work with my father. The complaint list is just too long to mention in this review. This review shows a rating of a star-and-a-half, (which this website placed there), I give it 0 stars. Bottom line, I was happy when the day came we were able to get my father transferred out of Heritage Manor/Plano. I wll not be recommending this facility to anyone, and hope & pray that if the time comes I have to be placed in a nursing skilled care facility, that it won't be this one!
