Services We Provide in house, staff assisted hemo-dialysis. Dynamic and competent nursing team provides IV therapies including primacor drip. Because we share our campus with Plano Specialty Hospital, we have direct access to 24 hour physician coverage and critical care RN support services. Our wound care program includes the use of wound vacs and is headed up by Dr. Scott and administered by our own RN who is wound care certified. Our nutrition program is superior and does include enteral feedings and TPN. Our Nursing team is customer service oriented and headed up by a very available Director of Nursing with over 30 years experience. He is supported by two Assistant Directors of Nursing. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies to help you get home. Our facility participates in Abaqis, a quality monitoring and improvement software program. We strive continually to improve the quality of our care and service using the latest tools available to skilled nursing facilities. Staff receive routine updates and training. When appropriate, we do offer in house hospice services, including GIP hospice.
