I still have nighmares about my experience with Heartland West Bloomfield, My dad was admitted after having a pace maker installed, the on duty doctor basically gave up on him and suggested hospice care. I spent nights in the facility and the only staff on was an LPN, nice lady but overworked and underqualified. There were screams from other patients throughout the night being unattended. The other staff obviously not qualified were joking with friends visiting. The place is a nightmare. My dad passed away at Heartland and the staff was more concerned about the funeral home picking it up. I mentioned my concerns to the Administrator and was not responded to. Do not let the location and exterior fool you. I feel after a year and half that it would be a disservice not to post this.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
