Let's start from the top:::
Management puts way too much on their staff. Nurses and CNAs are severely understaffed. Nurses can't even spend more than 5 minutes with a patient
Medication errors happen all the time
My mom was given the wrong pain meds
The CNAs throw the patients around. It's terrible. Very unsanitary. The head nurses in charge just sit in their office and gossip. Don't send your loved ones there!!!

The worst staff possible, charge nurse Gina hangs up on famly members, refuses to get care or Admin on duty, nurse Sheila gave worng number to contact the physician, the staff will only give minimal medications. Treat other patients mean and refuse to help them, nurses dropping medications on the floor and giving to patients,staff rude hanging up on family members, they learned this from charge nurse. The all need repermanded and licensens taken away. Rename the facility heartless. Had to call 911 to get aunt out of there before they killed her.It took the hospital 4 days to get my aunt feeling any better and out of pain. CNA's turned my aunt on her left hip which she just had surgery on, communication IS necessary.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.


I personally saw the staff HIT a resident. The Director of Nursing is impossible to find ALWAYS, she's always in some "meeting". There is nothing for the residents to do all day unless you provide it for them. This is not a nice place. It's bare bones care for end of life. That's it.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I was very worried when my husband was sent here from the hospital. I had no time to look into this nursing home before he was there. Well he has now been there for 3 weeks and has another 2 weeks to go. The care is excellent! He is very happy with his care and so am I. The staff are very good and if they don't know an answer they find out for you and the nurses, PT and OT listen to you and work with you for the best of care. I would highly recommend this for rehab.
