Very helpful and attentive staff. We asked to speak with the manager with regards to some issues. Within the hour we met with the Director of Nursing and she was very sympathetic and caring. She was able to answer all the questions and concerns and she made us feel important. I know my mother is in great hands there at Heartland of Kettering.

Rooms are run down... Looks like an old cheap motel. Staff is rude and no cable in the rooms. I guess the patients whom are unable to walk have to stare at the walls. Definitely removing my grandmother from this facility.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

Was not happy with lack of patient choice when it comes to medical equipment or homecare upon discharge. I felt like they were shoving a homecare company down my throat and giving me no choice.
