This provider was recommended to me by a nurse who really had only good things to say about this place.My sister is under their care and I have to say that their therapist is very good,and the place looks pretty clean.The only thing I don't go with is some of the nurses are a bit rude and especially the main nurse at night which I think is very rude and disrespectful.This is to us the family members and I can just imagine how she treats the patients after we are not around. I think the director of this place should look into this and have them take a course on how to treat their patients with a bit more love and understanding..

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I placed my father at the heartland location in Miami Lakes for less than 24 hours. The reason I removed him from the facility is due to the incompetent staff and conditions of the site. The location is under staffed and do not cater to the needs of their patients. To sum the service my father endured in a nutshell, the staff thanked my father for requesting his medication on its time requirement, because they would need reminders going forward in order to provide him with the medicine. I would strongly advise against placing anyone you care of at this location. Please think twice on this site.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

This place is not the place to go!!!!!! Patient received pressure wounds due to
lack of rotation of patient. Unwilling to get a doctor from the floor to see patient. Administrative staff very rude and unwilling to help!!!
