i have never seen an organization such as this one; does follow-up mean anything to the personnel?

why does it take more than 45 days for the social worker to review changes to patient files?

is there any real concern for the patients at this facility?

My mother was transferred here for rehab. This is one of the WORST Rehab/Nursing Homes in the world. The staff left my mother in a chair for hours even after she called for them to remove her from the chair. She has been there for FIVE days and we are taking her out of there TOMORROW!!!! Her wound suppose to be cleaned, they haven't even tried to clean it. The staff is NOT QUALIFIED to take care of a human being. I just thank God my mother can speak for herself. I wouldn't let my WORST ENEMY go there. So PLEASE DONT LET YOUR LOVE ONES GO TO MANOR CARE!!!!!!
