Beware this is the worst place!
My husband was here and he said he wouldn't treat a dog the way he was treated here! After 7 days I went an got him and brought him home.

I was a patient of Manor Care Hinsdale, Illinois In the last 7 months I

was a patient / resident

on 2 different occassions ... I had both my right

and left knees operated on with total knee replacements which were robotically built

and had additional complications ...

Without any hesitation I highly recommend Manor Care Services

Hinsdale ,Illinois

Everyone from the Head Administrator Kate Marrero

to the maintenance staff went out of there way to make you feel like you

were a part of

their family ...The Therapy / Rehab Staff Rawya & Gina are the best I

have ever had .....

May I also mention that this was my 8th and 9th surgery of my 67 years of living ...

The admission & discharge process was handled effortlessly by

Jacqueline & Lawron

I cannot express my thanks & appreciation to this fine group of

I have had to spend some time at Manor Care for rehab of physical injuries that I sustained in the course of daily living. On each occasion , their therapists worked with me to establish a workout routine designed to minimize the time that I would need to reach my goals while maximizing the results. Five stars.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. Unfortunately that's what you see.... what really happens is another story. Their prices were not reasonable, but the same as all other nursing homes in the area. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. And... they did not disclose that they would charge you without your knowledge for many things, such as incontinence supplies, (if they would take you to the bathroom, you would not need a diaper) and doctors that I never knew even saw my dad.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING ANYONE TO THIS FACILITY!! None of the nurses on ANY shift have given my mother ALL of her correct meds. I had to go over a check list with them each day to make sure she was given her correct meds and dosages. I witnessed on several occasions my mother push the "Nurse Call" button connected to her bed and it took over 40 minutes for a nurse to come. This was on different nights with different nurses. If it was a life or death situation, I don't want to even think about what could have happened. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Only when I asked these people how they would feel if it was there mother getting cared for in such a way, did they show any kind of feeling. I am reporting this facility and every staff member I have dealt with (because so far, the neglect I have seen for the patient is terrible from every staff member we have dealt with) to the American Medical Assoc. DO NOT BRING A LOVED ONE TO MANOR CARE HINSDALE!!
