I stayed for almost a month and the staff was great. As with any care facility they are overworked and underpaid. They genuinely seemed to care and went out of their way to make my stay bearable. That was some time ago. Be vigilant and get involved in your loved ones care.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. PEOPLE THERE ARE WORKING TO JUST GET PAID AND NOT TO GIVE LOVING CARE TO YOUR LOVED ONES. THEY WILL LEAVE THEM TO ROT AWAY LIKE IF THEY WERE TRASH. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED!! Yvette Calwell SHOULD BE FIRED.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Realy caring staff.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. They left me completely alone for a long time and I was often In great pain.

While orders were I was to have a catheter from my first day there, they ignored it and had me lay in urine and feces for hours. I had several bed sores. This lasted for a year. It was cheaper to wash the sheets than buy the condom catheter. The food was appalling and I lost 50 lbs in 4 months. I was not given the Health shakes that were also ordered for the first day. While I had MRSA (extremely contagious) and orders were to keep me isolated from other patients, I had 4 roommates.
This place is a prison sentence, and I am lucky to have made it out alive.
Do not, I repeat, do not ever let anyone you know end up here. It is horribly mismanaged, and the nursing assistants haven't the lest respect for the patient. 1 star is too much, they are much more than poor.

My aunt died on 3/14 at Harford Gardens, and was buried on 3/21. Her sister, my 90 year old mother, was informed of this by my Aunt's ex-employer, who paid her pension, THIS WEEK (5/25) by letter...almost 2-1/2 months after this occurred. It seems to me that this facillity is guilty of extreme insensitivity and common decency, to say the least. It would not have been difficult for them to notify the next-of-kin.
DOESN'T DESERVE, EVEN, ONE STAR.

Yes, I was in agony!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
