Terrible place. My loved one was always soaked in urine when we came to visit. The facility smelled like urine. If my family did not come twice a day to make sure he was cleaned and fed, he would hav been neglected to death. Two months there was two months too long.

My Mother has been in the Rehab. building twice, can't ask for better care for her, the staff is Great, she Loved the Food, etc. In fact she will be going to the rehab. center again, for rest bit care, whole I'm gone, she is Very Happy to be going again.

The care in the rehab center was very substandard. Resident left here with bed sores, nurses were slow to respond and did not fully understand the scope of care needed by the resident. The house Dr. did not take patient concerns seriously resulting in several additional hospital admissions. Admitting Dr's orders were not followed. Medications were not readily available. Meds were administered late or not at all. Therapy was disjointed at best. Scheduling was a nightmare. I would not recommend this facility for anyone that has more than one health issue as they are not equipped to accommodate needs. It is my feeling that resident's admission was driven by the almighty dollar. It is a shame when companies are willing to sacrifice resident well-being only to fill a bed or make a buck. I do not feel this is a safe place.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
