Glenwood took care of both of my parents. The service and care they received was beyond our expectations. The staff was always available to us and answered any questions we had. The facility was always clean,someone visited daily, the food served was perfected to the needs of both parents. I would find it hard to find another in the WV area that made our parents and our family feel secure leaving Mom and Dad with them.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
No, they weren't very knowledgeable
Was this retirement community's staff friendly?
Not one bit

Not at all, its out in the boondocks

No, there weren't many to choose from
