They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
