I wish I could give this place zero stars. My grandmother was brought here for rehab after a hospital stay. She was in decent health but needed to have PT to regain her strength. She was in good spirits when we took her in. She had to leave in an ambulance because this place is absolutely disgusting and the lack of care is astounding. She was there just under 3 weeks and not once did someone come to give her a shower even though she was told she'd be able to get one on certain days. She was forced to wear a diaper even though she was fully capable of using the toilet-but she'd have accidents because she'd ring her bell for help getting to the restroom and no one would come. She was brought food and forced to eat it in bed even though she wanted to sit in a chair. One of the aides who brought her food didn't open anything so when my grandma spilled her juice it went all over her bed and the floor. We asked someone to clean the floor and the sheets and no one ever came back. The floor was sticky for three days and ants and bugs were in the room. I finally got someone to do it when I asked on the third day. Another day one of the workers spilled her water cup all over the floor in front of the bed and no one ever came to clean it up. My grandmother could've fallen! Every time we came we had her up and dressed and walking with her walker or sitting on the patio or sitting room but if we weren't there they'd make her stay in her bed. You walk by patient rooms and these poor people are lying there completely catatonic. The entire facility smells like urine. The staff sits around at the nurses station talking or playing on their phones or sits around on their phones and they don't answer call lights for 20-30 minutes or sometimes not at all. They claim to be so busy but you never see anyone actually working and when they come into the room they say they'll do something and never come back. My grandmother had a fever and they gave her Tylenol PM in the middle of the day and she could barely speak. We came to see her and thought she was dead because she was so out of it! Due to her lack of care she developed bed sores and dehydration. Her tongue was black! We begged for an IV and they didn't even put it in correctly then decided she didn't need it even though she was very clearly dehydrated. We had to bring her food from home because the food was so disgusting. Not to mention most of the staff is rude, condescending and lazy. I am actually shocked that this standard of care is allowed and that the health and ethics departments haven't come in and shut this place down. My grandmother left this place worse than she went in and ended up back in the hospital. We will never send her back. I firmly believe they just want your money and if they keep your loved one sick then they will get more because after so many days you have to pay an astronomical amount per day. Do not send your loved ones here!

Updated after hospital report:
Once we got grandma to the hospital it was found that she had a severe UTI, was dehydrated, overdosed on Tylenol and she had to have blood transfusion because she was severely anemic. She had damage to her esophageal tract due to being given too much Tylenol and aspirin during her stay. This also caused her to develop an ulcer. Her blood pressure had dropped so low that the ER doctor said she’d have died today if we hadn’t brought her in. She also has bruises all over her back and sores on her feet. I firmly believe that if we hadn't taken her to the hospital she'd have died in that facility.
