These people are so understaffed. They tell you they will take care of problems n never do. Money comes first with these poor old folks. When it takes 3 months to get toe nails clipped, something is wrong. You ask for a person to be cleaned up when a bathroom accident happens and an hour later, you are still waiting, something is wrong. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I know of cases of patient abuse by the nurses at this facility. The owner either knows nothing about it or does nothing about it. If I give so much as one star to this hell hole it will be because this review would not post without a star. Patients have had to lay on urine wet pads for hours. When a visitor finds a patient in that condition and calls a nurse, after a looong wait, the nurse acts angry. I know of one case when the nurse denied the very wet pad was wet and left it in place. The nurse may even become verbally abusive to the visitor. The nurses are frequently verbally abusive to patients.The State needs to do something about this place. I would not put anyone in that place.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
