my mom has been in this hell hole for 4 yrs. we would love to get her out of there but due to her health we can"t. they would like to see her pass way. ifact Karla the admin. said she would be better off if she just went to sleep and not wake up. how sad. that place is not fit to care for anyone.Jerry

French Prarie Care Facility does a great job caring for their patients. They have an administrator (Karla) that was very efficient, Vicki (social services) who took the time to really talk to my mom and make her feel at home, a fabulous therapy staff (Chester the physical therapist with Billy the therapy dog was my favorite), cleaning and laundry crew that kept things clean, Food was good (thanks to Daniel), and especially the nurses and aides that cared for my mom every day (Marnee,Peggy, Marlene).

When I visited there was a pervasive odor to the entire facility. They really need to clean or sterilize thoroughly. Their equipment was just average but most of it still appeared safe. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment which says something about this facility. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood.
