Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Horrible place. My daughter was here for physical rehab following a long illness. She received very little PT until her insurance was running out. In order to get her using stairs, the physical therapist strapped her to him and made her practice on the metal/cement stairs since there wasn't enough time for her to practice on the plastic steps in the PT. Also PT room couldn't be used as it still needed to be cleaned following a virus outbreak. The Food was horrible. The only fresh fruit was what I brought in for her. The kitchen staff tried their best but were not given healthy food to use. I saw elderly resident strapped to chairs sitting in front of nurses desk for 8 hours at a time- often begging to use the bathroom. Again the staff tried but they were so understaffed - there was no way they could keep up. It deserves the low rating it receives from medicare. If you care at all did your family member - don't let them be sent here. I wish I had known how bad this place was
