if it was not for Johnny, shenna and Donna I would report this to a higher office, most of the staff really cares for the patients well being. the Tecs on hall 400 work hard to do a good job. THE ONLY and most important part that I have concerns about is the Administrator...Ralph, I tried to reach him many times...twice I was in the building and saw him in his office only to be told that he was not in...two other times I called and left Messeages and no return call..
WELL anyway I wanted to inform him that his staff was doing a good job and to thank his team for working so hard..even being understaffed, some of the them work double shift and should be rewarded with a THANK YOU.....
I'm sure if the payment for my love ones care was late He would call me first.

They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. It took about 18 months for them to file to my mother's secondary insurance correctly... but I was finally able to refund $7000.00 that was her out of pocket expense!
