House of Horrors. Let my mother "fall" twice in 4 days--very serious injuries. Never an explanation or an apology. Don't ask the nurses any questions--they don't like you second-guessing their authority. Major chips on their shoulders. We got Mom out quickly--got really scared for her in there. It's like a voodoo place. Creepy.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
