Should not put anyone there in Albemarle, they will not recieve the care they should get especially at meal times all cna have to work in dining room and leaves the halls open for over an hour if they need help good luck getting it! does not deserve even a star

relative came in for rehab. she had to share a bathroom with a man who kept locking the door, they have dementia patients so a lot of patients calling out all day and sometime at night. food was so so, often brought her food for the 2 weeks she was there, the staff, other than beth, the charge nurse, were very nice. Beth has a case of laziness, does not work well with other staff members and watches the clock. maybe she needs to remember her nursing oath. The facility was clean, little odor, had a health rating of 98 and are in a residential, quiet area. However...if you arrive late, you will not get your medications, even pain, heart or diabetic, until the next day, this is something that needs to be addressed. the facility is a bit worn down and really could use an overhaul.
