It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. My loved one was there 2.5 hours. They were delivered like a sack of potatoes, dumped on the bed and left. No one came to attend to them. This place is a night mare. I am getting them out as fast as I can.
