The nursing staff that took care of my mom was great. Sure there was personality conflict with some, but we worked it out. Administration is very shady, rude and wants all your money. They have not provided records that by law, they have to, and my mom has been deceased August will be a year. If you ever have to use this facility, stay on top of things with patient and administration.
