I DON'T KNOW WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD LOVE FLAGLER REHAB BECAUSE NO ONE THERE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I AM THERE QUITE OFTEN. THE NURSES AIDS WELL LETS JUST SAY SOME SHOULD GO WORK AT A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY AND NOT WITH THESE FOLKS. THE FOLKS NEED LOVE AND THEIR PATIENCE, NOT JUST GO AND EARN A CHECK BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO OTHER TYPE OF QUALIFICATIONS TO GET A JOB. I FEEL FOR EACH AND EVERYONE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE. THE REASON THEY GET THE TWO STAR IS BECAUSE AT LEAST MOST OF THE NURSES CARE UNLIKE THE NURSES AIDS. ITS GETTING WORSE EVERY YEAR!!!

My 91 yr old mother was admitted 3 days post op after having 3 screws put in her right hip due to a fracture. From the moment we entered there have been multiple problems/issues. Everything from leaving her sitting on the side of the bed after transport dropped her off for over a half an hour before anyone would come in and get her into bed, to not having water, meals, being left on a bed pan for long lengths of time, call lights going unanswered because aides are busy doing showers, etc while the nurses stay at the nursing station chit-chatting and not checking to see if anyone is in dire need of something. I witnessed a code blue that same night during this time when call lights were on for extended periods of time and the room that had the code blue had their light on. I kept going out to check and then finally went to the nursing station only to be ignored when I said "excuse me" and they scattered like they didn't see or hear me. My mother's roommate needed her breathing treatment and meds and was crying in pain as well so I was trying to get help for both of them. It's totally disgusting the lack of care and competence at this facility. There are several good nurses and aides but unfortunately the bad out weighs the good almost 4 to 1. They should be ashamed to call themselves a care facility and as far as the RN behind some of those names, the RN stands for "Real Nasty" instead of Registered Nurse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and check into Home Health where they can be in their own home and family can be there to supervise at all times. What a joke!!

Entering or exiting requires a Health Care worker to drop everything they're doing to walk to the door. Bad odor. Bottom molding falling off. Dreary colors. Dirty. Holes in sheetrock. Cradled phone in room on end table. Too far for patients to answer phone. Remote. Too small for unhealthy elderly. TV; too small. TV; placed directly in the path of your head. No diminishing of light or noise at night. Confused old unhealthy people get worse. They never know day from night. Sleep all thrown off. Staff; little communication between shifts. Some are very nice. Too many are exasperated and dismissive to patients. As if EVERY statement is a dementia one. Dr.;very nice and patient.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
