They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.

This place is a NIGHTMARE. It has a awful odor,everybody on 1st seemed as if they are new on the job and unaware of they're responsibilities with patient care.

Don't think about calling them because they will either hang up or bounce you around. Dont ever think about putting your loved ones in care at this facility because he/she will go unattended. My mother has being staying at this facility and also advised me she has a man coming in her room using the bathroom on her floor and watching her undress.
I called the nurse and was advised there wasn't anything that could be done because he has dementia and vision impaired..

This guy cant be too crazy because he tried entering mom's room and noticed i was there and his eyes got bucked and scurried back to his room wearing a loaded diaper and nothing else.

Just make one visit at this facility and you will definitely see what I'm talking about
