Nursing staff is worse than the Administration....don't respond in timely manner and are rude.

I recently had to visit someone in this place and immediately when I walked in it did not have that awful smell of a nursing home. My compliments to the housekeeping crew. Also, may I add that everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

This place is repulsive and should be condemed. I connot imagine what life would be like in this place. There was mold on the walls, ceiling, and flooring. The place had nothing for the elderly to do and they were all super depressed. No wonder! I have never seen so much unwillingness to help or do anything for anyone. The staff was unfriendly and gossiped right in front of the patcients. There was parking to be found but this place is in a very rough part of town and the building appeared to be falling apart. The staff was not very informational or respectful and courteous. They also were not encouraging to get people to eat or even do anything, this place ws obvious it was just a job to them.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
