My father is in there. He is allowed to sleep all day while reporting to Medicare that he is unable to work out. He is diabetic but yet brought carbs and sweet tea. The supervisor will smile and lie but will not return phone calls. There are plenty of upper management and supervisors but only 2-3 workers that care but not enough time to do all housekeeping while trying to help patients. If your loved one is not mentally capable of demanding help, this is not the place for you.

This place is horrible. I cannot go into the years of horrendous treatment received I will say in the last day of my family member's life, the staff couldn't take vital signs. And why? THEY LOST THE MACHINE! they also would not start her on hospice because it was a Friday and they didn't want to do the paper work. And they said that.
