The administrator yells at staff and patients. They run short staffed always. I would not ever be a patient there again and would not send a dog to live there.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
