All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

This facility lacks compassion when it comes to the nurses and CNA's handling their responsibilities the CNA's have to many patients in the 500 Unit, the other units seemed to be almost empty. The ratio in that unit is too high. They don't administer meds on time nor do they check on the progress of the patient. The first thing they do is place the patient in a diaper. Do not take a loved one to this facility, they have no idea why they exist. They don't realize if they have no patients then they have no facility nor employees. I can tell the owners care about nothing but their profits. Shame on them

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I was there yesterday and my husband had to wait 35 mins to recieve a plate, after his other two roommates had already finished theirs. This was not the first time. I lady came to the room and said she would get his nurse. 10 mins.later. I went to the desk. Another lady said he did not have a dietary sheet in his file. She said she would go get his plate. Here comes HIS nurse with a terible attitude. They brought his plate and the food was cold. They told me, I could go with this lady so she could heat it up. I said no, he is in room ???. She microwaved it so it was dried out. There was NO professionalizism at all. They take the urinals to empty and do not rinse them out. The roommate had to ask several times for some water. The lady came, after a long while and said, ok ,who needs some tape. With every right, the man was so upset and frustrated he cursed. He finally received his water. You ask for your pain pill and they say, ok I'll get your nurse. 30 mins. later, still no pill. I give this establishment a D- for service and NOT being professional. This is very, very bad management at 10124 S. Kedzie.
