I was just discharged from the Villa at Evergreen Park and was very satisfied with my stay. I had been at another facility several months ago for a knee replacement and was dissatisfied with the customer service and nursing care. At the Villa at Evergreen Park, everyone was very accommodating. My daughter toured the facility for me and was very impressed with the building and staff. Upon admission, nursing was readily available and pleasant. I came in after dinner hours and did not receive dinner at the hospital, the kitchen was able to accommodate me w/a room service menu and the food was delivered hot and tasty! Therapy was phenomonal!!! I have already recommended the facility to a neighbor and a family member. Top Notch!!

My Mom was here for rehab after she fell. She was very weak in the hospital and the whole family was afraid that she wouldn't be able to walk again. The rehab department worked miracles because she is walking again! I was so impressed with the whole place and so was the whole family. My Mom felt very well cared for by the nursing staff, they watched out for her tricky medication schedule and were very proactive in suggesting changes to help her. She loved the updated rooms and thought the rehab room was a luxury garden room! She liked the food too. Overall I have to say it was a great place, and the staff was very professional and caring. I could feel comfortable while I was working that Mom was well cared for. I hope she's stays healthy enough to never need that level of care again, but I KNOW that if she needs it this is the place to go!

My Aunt was on the orthopedic wing. She made amazing progress and was sent back home on schedule. I want to share what I have told my family and my neighbors about this place. They are the best nursing home I have seen. The nurses were fantastic, the therapist were outstanding and all the staff were genuine and kind. There was a kind gal that came to visit us every day to make sure we were happy and our needs were taken care of. The food was good, not like home but my Aunt enjoyed every meal. We are grateful

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Although I have never had anything to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here and go above and beyond to ensure patient and family satisfaction. They take every question very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They made the extra effort to make a positive rehab experience for my loved one.

My father was at this facility, I have determined that no rehab ctr. is good unless family visit everyday, fortunately my two siblings and myself visited everyday for the four months that our father was there. We held their feet to the fire and demanded that proper care was given to him. It was really helpful that we all visited at separate times, my brother worked night, so he visit in the mornings, my sister worked 8-4 so she was there early evening, I worked 9 - 6 and arrived there 7-8 depending on traffic. Yes, the food was horrid, we brought our father food EVERYDAY!!!!!

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. the customer's always right They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. The food is not good and it is not enough to meet the needs of the patient.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I came in the room and my mother in law was sitting on on floor in shit and the bedroom was full of shit this place is not good at all also the nurse ask my mother in law way she didn't hit the call bottom I told her she cannot remember what she ate how she remember to hit the light for help my sister in law left about 12:46 and told them to clean her up and they still don't clean her up when I made it there at 3:26 they still have not clean up my mother in law she was on the floor sitting in shit and her bed was full of shit I ask to see the chart and to see when was the last time the nurse been in her room they didn't show me the chart they was ont helpfull at all please please don't let any of your love one go there they don't check the rooms at all
