The nurses were pleasant and helpful. The aides were another story. It may have been only that certain hall, but even one bad apple gives a bad taste for the whole place. Their patients are too scared to report anything due to it being taken out on them. I thought it was only my parent; but without any input from me, 2 other family members from patients said the exact things that was going on with my parent. They need to send reviews to family members, have shadow workers, or rotate aides to other halls to see if same complaints take place. They also have wonderful aides but we were one of the unlucky ones.
