The personal care home desperately needs a cleaning out of staff, especially the administrator. Selfish individual, only cares about money. Couldn't care less about the residents who make up her paycheck. May actually be a decent facility if she wasn't there. Residents greatly suffer because of this. Would not recommend it whatsoever.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, there was no annoying music

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

My grandmother is in epworth manor and it is a wonderful place! They take time with the clients, the place is clean and urine free. Now I'm talking about the 2nd floor. I've never been on any of the other floors. They have activities to keep the clients busy and tend to their special needs. I highly recommend epworth.
