My Mom did need a nursing home so a visit we did. Gave all her info to the person in charge. Anyway it was given out without an OK of my Mom or I. Also a friend stayed there and was just left to fend for herself til she got to go home.

RUN do not walk from this place. My mother was a patient on the sub-acute unit. Poorly staffed. Seemed to be more managers pictures on the wall than actual hands on staff like CNA's and nurses.

Anyways, the care was substandard due to poor staffing. My mother fell at one point because she had to go to the bathroom and no one answered her call bell. The discharge nurse told my mother she wasn't allowed to leave. At a car meeting I asked if this was true and was given some weird story as to why my mom couldn't leave. I think that may have actually been fraudulent.

I would never go there myself, and will do everything in my power to stop my mom from ever going back.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

The dementia unit was great. The nurse made me feel very welcome. He and his staff worked together well. My mom was on the unit for a few weeks. Would recommend
