My mother has been there about a year and a half. She loves it and calls it her home. The staff has been very courteous and keeps me up to date on her condition and concerns. I visit several times a week and everyone knows me by sight. Although this nursing home isn't new, I don't think I could have found a better place. I know the staff cares, and it shows.

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
