Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Food was terrible! I went to Pennknoll Village because it wasn't very clean, the staff weren't very timely when I had to use the restroom. They also failed to administer my antibiotic for 5 straight days when they were marking I received it. I would never go back!
