I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language the SW used, said my gaurdianship papers of my loved one were wrong even though I went through the court system to get them. SW had no compassion at all. Also this review says By clicking Submit, you certify that this is your true opinion and are not directly affiliated, employed, or compensated by the entity being reviewed in any way ? I have to laugh because this one person gives their review such an highmark and they work there. Plus the other great review post below them is their daughter !

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
A patient was laying in the grass in the pouring down rain with his wheelchair on top of him. another patient came out just as I was approaching the injured patient and he helped him up and put him in the wheelchair. When I went to the front desk, AT TWLEVE OCLOCK AT NIGHT the aides and nurses werent even AWARE OF A PATIENT OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had no clue about anything!!! I wouldnt put my dog there let alone a memebr of my family!!!!! Something need to be done about that place!!! Sick of reporting things to managment!!! They either dont care, or arent all being told about the problems there!!!!!!!!!
