Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

DGN seems very pleasant and clean. Quality of care depends on the nurse in charge in any given wing on any given shift. Good nurse in charge = good care. The good ones aren't always there.

Patients without frequent visitors get ignored. Sometimes even the patients with frequent visitors get ignored.
