My mom died after getting Sepsis. The doctors told us that she would have survived had Crystal Pines staff gotten her to the hospital in time. But alas, they did not, and she did not survive Sepsis.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Not really, it wasn't very clean

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
