My mother passed away there, I realize it is a business however, I called for here social security # stating she passed away at the hospital. No one said they were sorry. I went to visit her several times and she did not have her oxygen on. Two days before passing they had her in dining room. I know she was shutting down because she was already stiff and coloring was bad. At one time her finger nails were curved and long and broken because they just didn't bother with her. Her briefs needed changing several times and therefore, she had an infection. When checking out her jewelry and doll are missing. When my daughter went to pick up her items, the nurse or cna asked how long it would be before they would be done packing her items. I always had to bring to staff attention at meetings. I absolutely would not recommend Crestwood to anyone that I know. Some staff was friendly others were not.They need to show some compassion for the families of the deceased. I would also like to know where all the money is that was left in to her account. Patient is Bernardita Pike who did not die with the dignity that she deserved. I thank McKay Dee Hospital for their help and concern.

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
