This place stunk so bad I had to visit outside ! The staff looked like they were lost the entire time . My grandfather wanted water and there were no one in site again . The manager was Gay and fumbled over his words the whole time we talked as if he was trying to cover something up.! Hmm awful awful awful .. No recommended !!!

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No
