This is the cleanest Nursing Home I have visited. The staff is concerned, knows their patients and takes care of them. My brother and I both go in and out to visit our mother and they recognize us. The food is better than the last "fancy" ALF! Good food. The director and management are wonderful and have done everything they can to help us. We feel comfortable that our mom will be watched and taken good care of as well as handled nicely when she is not having a good day and she may be a little "short" with the staff. The patients don't ever seem to be "happy" with where they are, often varying day to day, but the facility has been terrific with therapy and helping her physically.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

Not really, it could be better

The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about the treatment plan for my loved one. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question.

The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
