My mom is a guest here , I think they do well. They're clean, the staff speak and are professional. The therapist work well with their patients trying to restore them to their capabilities as much as possible. The dietician supervisor try to serve food that the residents will enjoy as much as possible. The family can't rely solely on them they have to do their part as well. Unfortunately , we have to police everyone. Whether in your home, hospitals, nursing homes and doctors as well. This is the world we live in. My thing is they call it a nursing home/ rehabilitation center. I'd rather it be either or or and not both. It would be nice if they had an outdoor area out back for smokers instead of the front entrance patio. That's why they get 3.5 star instead of a 4. Yet work needs to be done in nursing homes for our elderly.

My mom has been at this location for 3 weeks. I can't speak for long-term, but for short-term they have been great. The staff always greets me when I enter and every time I visit I find someone on staff having a conversation with my mom! They answer calls to them promptly and any concerns I might have. The location is great, parking is abundant, and the building is clean. This is the best nursing home I have visited appearance wise. I think the last 2 comments from 8/11 are false, maybe an ex-employee.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
