Had been there many times to visit with my family member and check their well being. On many occasions had found them without even the simplest amenity of cold water. Even tried to get myself because I know they have many patients to take care of, but had on many instances been unsuccessful to get this myself because I was unable to find a worker to point me in the right direction. I understand that their jobs is not easy and I have the most respect for those who do this job well. I wish that they would administer their pain medications and others as directed because most times these patients feel like asking for things is a burden to the workers or even hate for them to know they are hurting. I also understand that if the patient isn't in pain then they do not need. But something as simple as having the workers ask them if they do need instead of waiting for the patient to ask would go a long way.
