Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No. It took me several times to get through.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. This place is mediocre and chaotic
