they only staff 2 aides and 1 nurse on night shift so the residents do not get the care they deserve at night and the management will not put more aides on staff at night despite being told it is needed. DO NOT put your family member in this facility

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

It was a great nursing home for a while. Now half the Cna/nurse do drugs and drink detox before drug tests. Your loved ones are in the hands of pot heads.
