Its been years since we were last there yet we recall a very attentive staff, friendly, and the rooms are not that bad for veterans.

Beautiful outside yard for the resident.

MOST of the staff are rude and unwelcoming! They are on their cell phones more than they do their job. Always taking breaks as well. I overhear them talking about everyone, residents and co-workers every time I am there. They are not professional and its not the kind of place I want my family member at. They really need to hire some good working people, I see new ones ALL the time, either quitting or getting fired. I dont like this place.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
