I have never written a review before, but feel I must warn anyone who is thinking of putting their loved one here please do not do that if you love them. Understaffed, and even when staff doesn't call of sick, they are rude, non caring and incompetant, The emergency call necklace they provide does not work. My mother had a skin laceration that they did not treat. The just do not care at all. Do not be deceived by the name of the faciliy. They told us they would check my mother every 2 hours and never ever did that either. She was in the assited living and it was very expensive for absolutely no care at all.
