Oppressive floral odor overwhelms one coming through the door. Tough for patients with pulmonary disease. Hallway lighting better than past but rooms gloomy with very dated wallpaper border. No therapeutic diets? What? Thought OLTC required ability to provide? Lobby and common areas desperately in need of a re-do. Didn't see any hand-on care but staff friendly.

They desperately need facility management! All of the residents who don't have family to stand up for them is so sad, they certainly have questionable care. There are a select few staff that are caring and willing to do what they can for their residents and patients, they do need to be commended.

This is a facility that is understaffed. The staff is admittedly inadequately improperly trained. They do absolutely nothing to make the quality of life of the residents better. There is a great deal of theft, neglect, and overall inadequate care. The new owner's have made cuts to an already poor facility. The food is cold and of poor quality. The residents are not properly hydrated. The rooms are not cleaned well. The staff smokes all day outside the entrance door, or congregate in the halls chatting,yet have no time to provide the basic needs of the residents. Depressing environment. Please think twice before admitting a loved one.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
